    Our Care and Rehabilitation Special Interest Group has now completed the end of year analysis of private care rates that Keoghs has seen claimed, recommended and advertised within high value personal injury claims across the whole of 2025.

    It will come as no surprise to those involved in such claims that the trend for inflation in agency care rates over recent years has only continued. In particular, this latest analysis demonstrates the inflationary effects of last year’s changes to National Insurance provisions and the resulting higher operating costs faced by care agencies.
