
Rebecca is an Associate and Lead Lawyer, and leads an ambitious team together with a caseload of sub-catastrophic motor claims in excess of £1m. She has over 16 years of experience across a broad range of complex and life changing injuries including TBIs, complex orthopaedic trauma, amputations and spinal injuries. She also has particular expertise in complex poly-trauma and chronic pain conditions including FND, fibromyalgia and somatoform disorders together with complex psychiatric issues and fatalities.
Rebecca is adept in indemnity issues, complex causation and liability arguments and is committed to working collaboratively with clients to provide realistic and accurate advice from the outset with a focus on resolving matters swiftly where possible.
Alongside her caseload, Rebecca has strong relationships with a number of leading insurer clients, counsel and chambers. She regularly delivers training both internally and with clients and runs the Paralegal Development Programme for CIC Manchester and Bolton.
Rebecca also founded and leads our Spinal & Orthopaedic Special Interest Group in its current form.
