Natalie qualified in 2009 and gained higher rights of audience as Solicitor Advocate in 2013. She is a Chambers ranked solicitor in Clinical Negligence – Mainly defendant.
She has acted for claimants for several years recovering substantial damages, however she has spent the last decade working exclusively as a defence litigator in the regulatory and insurance sectors.
Natalie conducts her own advocacy as Solicitor Advocate and in 2024 acted for a doctor facing serious allegations of rape and assault before the GMC. She has significant experience acting on behalf of health care professionals, including assaults at work, fatal claims, FAIs, regulatory matters and complex stress at work claims. She has appeared before the GMC, GTCS, SSSC and HCPC in regulatory matters and has also been involved in two appeals to the Court of Session, acting for a nurse and a psychologist.
Natalie is currently working with a diverse client base including major UK and foreign insurers, a large London bank, the MIB and large corporate risk clients in the retail and healthcare sectors. She works on a diverse range of clinical negligence and personal injury claims, including aesthetic, psychiatric, dental, pharmacy and product liability.
