His experience spans general liability and casualty (including fatality claims), financial lines (including Directors & Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI), as well as medical malpractice, cyber liability, product liability, and property.
Over the years, he has worked extensively on policy wording and Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance, managing both transactional and extrajudicial claims. He has also advised on regulatory matters and drafting of distribution agreements.
