Since qualifying in 1993 John has acquired extensive experience of dealing with Employment Law matters.
Having represented both Employers and Employees, John has seen both sides of the argument which assists him in providing advice to clients on claims resulting from race, gender, sexual orientation and disability discrimination as well as unfair dismissal and redundancy.
John also has experience in dealing with personal injury claims resulting from occupational stress which often overlap with parallel proceedings in the Employment Tribunal.
Furthermore John has also provided legal advice in relation to the legalities surrounding industrial action.
