
Aaron’s tenure at Keoghs stretches for over 20 years, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. He has experience of eight-figure catastrophic injury cases of the highest complexity and value, covering a wide range of issues, including intricate liability and indemnity issues.
Aaron leads his own team, dealing with a range of work comprising TBI and complex orthopaedic injuries – including those involving children – along with liability, indemnity and Fundamental Dishonesty arguments, in cases of value up to several million pounds. Aaron is well versed in engaging with the rehabilitation process, working collaboratively with other parties and making tactical and balanced decisions to ensure cases are moved through to resolution without delay.
Aaron has an interest in cases involving SCI, and is a member of Keoghs Spinal and Orthopaedic Injuries SIG. In addition, Aaron provides regular training for clients on a variety of topics.
