    The recent, long-awaited reshuffle of the Prime Minister’s top team saw Dominic Raab taking on overall responsibility for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) as the new Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice. As the Junior Ministerial ranks are filled out and responsibilities become clearer,  the Keoghs Market Affairs team are engaging with the Junior Ministers on civil justice matters, and here they look at the new structure and faces at the MoJ and considers where responsibility for civil justice might lie.
