Firstly the firm won five awards, including a hat trick for our counter-fraud team at the Insurance Fraud Awards.
This included winning Intelligence Team of the Year which recognised the firm’s standard-bearing intelligence services, and Fraud Investigation Team of the Year for its work in the casualty fraud arena. Partner, James Heath, was also delighted to receive the recognition of his peers with the prestigious Achievement Award.
This capped off a monumental couple of months for our counter-fraud partner, who was also named as president of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) in November. It wasn’t just the fraud team picking up awards however, with our much-heralded apprenticeship scheme picking up a gong for ‘Best Company for Apprentice Development’ a the Bolton Business Awards, whilst our IT department continued to hoover up prizes, this time taking Technology Team of the Year at the British Legal Technology Awards.
