The solution’s advanced risk identification system is also backed by DTection, the largest fraud database in the market. Beyond processing payment packs in under two minutes, this latest iteration adds several strings to Sonic’s bow.
By utilising the latest BHR data from multiple sources, the system now allows for improved commercial opportunity identification, meaning users can instantly pivot to avoid exposure to increased claim costs.
Sonic 2.0 also analyses claims pre-litigation, highlighting cases with high dispute potential and aiding handlers with proactive settlement strategies.
The solution now adapts more effectively to CHO behaviour as well, tapping into 90% market coverage to arm insurers with data-driven negotiation strategies which can effectively counter CHO demands.
