We are delighted to announce the appointment of a team of counter-fraud experts, expanding the capabilities of our new Midlands Hub. As part of this continued service expansion, two well-known leaders have joined.
Sarah Hill will lead the team and joins as Partner, bringing with her 25 years of experience working in the insurance fraud field. Having led the Clyde & Co claims fraud department and, prior to that, BLM's national fraud strategy, she is a recognised industry leader in the field, with her specific areas of expertise including all aspects of fraud such as large-scale organised fraud, high-value exaggerated fraud claims and complex fraud litigation. Sarah’s track record boasts numerous successful high profile and complex fraud investigations, which have resulted in multiple criminal convictions and award-winning results for her clients.
Ben FitzHugh joins as Head of Intelligence, after leading intelligence teams at both BLM and Clyde & Co. He has over 20 years of experience working within the intelligence sector, including roles within law enforcement and the legal industry. He has a track record of leading large intelligence teams working across all jurisdictions to build intelligence evidence to support the counter fraud service delivered to clients and delivering award-winning results. Ben’s skillset includes implementing technology solutions to identify opportunities within datasets to provide insight into fraud risks. He will be responsible for further improving Keoghs market-leading intelligence function, harnessing our vast data resources and AI capability to deliver the very best intelligence service to internal and external clients.
Sarah and Ben are joined by a talented group of legal and intelligence experts. The team, who all joined from Clyde & Co, is made up of highly experienced counter-fraud specialists who work across the legal and intelligence services. The unit are recognised in the industry having worked with clients to secure award-winning successful case outcomes, defending a range of fraudulent claims across all lines of business, including fraud claims motor, casualty, property, organised and specialist lines and complex fraud investigations. Many have spent more than a decade delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and supporting national fraud strategies across detection, defence and deterrence.
