At just over seven months in the role I can honestly say this firm stands for something beyond simply increasing profits. Keoghs has a ‘people first’ mentality and prioritises the wellbeing of its staff; offering more than what has become the industry ‘norm’.

• In relation to mental health, not only was I offered access to 24/7 helplines but also to a full subscription to the Headspace app;
• Chargeable relief / time credits for annual leave, etc. meaning I did not have to double my working time before that week’s holiday;
• A focus on designing safe and collaborative working environments so that even those working remotely (like me) feel very much part of the team;
• Managers who encourage opportunities and incentives to learn, develop and grow;
