Biography

Matthew is head of the commercial litigation team at Keoghs and handles high value and complex disputes for insurers. He is a nominated individual for complex and high value property insurance claims for several insurers.  He specialises in product liability, recoveries and property claims including policy coverage and subsidence.

Matthew is a member of the Subsidence Forum and sits on the Legal and Recovery sub-group. He is very experienced in recovery matters and was responsible for developing Keoghs RecoveryAssist product. 

Matthew is also an experienced public speaker, lecturing both in-house and to clients on a variety of topics, including property insurance claims, recoveries, subsidence, policy interpretation and disputes with policyholders.
