Biography

Louise joined Keoghs in June 2009, and has a wealth of operational management experience. After spending 14 years working within the financial services sector for HBOS, Louise spent six years working for Capita Group managing high volume industrial disease and motor claims functions. After spending 2 years as the business unit director responsible for the pre-proceedings and litigated units within claims management services at keoghs Louise is now the operations director of CMS.
