Biography

James assisted in establishing Keoghs' counter-fraud services division in 1998 and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the fraud business ever since.

His role as director of counter-fraud strategy requires James to operate both internally and externally. Externally, he works with Keoghs' clients to help them review and improve their counter-fraud processes. Internally, he drives Keoghs' vision of delivering services at all points of the counter-fraud continuum.

A regular contributor to debate in the media and trade press, James has spoken widely on the subject of insurance fraud. James is the current Treasurer and web-master of the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group. James holds an equivalent role as strategy director for the claims management services division at Keoghs, in which he is responsible for the strategic development of the CMS Division. James also leads the bid management team, co-ordinating Keoghs' responses to tenders for new and renewal business.
