Who we are

Keoghs LLP is one of the foremost defendant insurance litigation firms in the UK, acting for over 60 insurance clients. The firm handles claims arising from most lines of insurance business. 

Traditionally focusing on litigated matters, an increasing proportion of our business now involves claims pre-proceedings. 

Our business is organised into three operating divisions:

Technical Claims Services (TCS) is the division responsible for dealing with non-routine insurance claims of all type and value where a greater degree of technical input is required.  With over 40 years spent in this arena, we have the knowledge, experience and technical expertise to effectively resolve higher value and complex claims and also to challenge traditional views of how these matters should be managed.

The Claims Management Services (CMS) division is structured to provide a consistent, cost-effective and high quality service for handling significant volumes of lower-value and ‘routine’ matters, both pre and post litigation.  In our last financial year the division handled almost 18,000 cases.

Keoghs’ Counter-Fraud Services (CFS) division provides counter-fraud advice and consultancy to organisations representing over half of the UK general insurance industry.  From its establishment in 1998, it has grown to become the largest and most authoritative insurance fraud resource in the country – employing over 150 people.
