Our People

Our people are central to our success.  By giving them as much support as possible, we encourage staff to achieve their full potential and take advantage of the development opportunities available to further their own career.    We provide careers, not just jobs.

Our philosophy of ‘growing our own’ is stronger today than ever before.  Once recruited, we invest in our staff to make sure they are trained and rewarded (financially and otherwise) for the high standards of work we expect of them.

We have heavily invested in our IT systems, offices and facilities and provide staff with a great working environment.   We believe that if we make sure staff are happy at work and stress-free, they will work hard for clients and be eager to contribute.

Keoghs recognises that modern life often calls for a delicate balancing of career and domestic responsibilities.  In this respect, consideration is given to flexible working arrangements which can help our staff to achieve a satisfying career without compromising their personal life.

Each office has an established Social Committee and Charity Committee offering employees the chance to get to know more people within the organisation and to become involved with various activities supporting our core charities.

Social events range from theatre trips to white water rafting or weekends away.  The firm also has its own football and netball team.
