In a Ministerial Statement today, Jonathon Djanogly MP announced an autumn consultation to move Jackson’s recommendations forwards. The main thrust of the consultation will be on the reform of Conditional Fee Agreements which could lead to costs savings. The Government states that it is taking these proposals forward “as a matter of priority”.
