Keoghs Motor Conference 2010 - Published 5th Oct 2010

2010 is set to be a landmark year for motor claims handling.


The MoJ Reforms, the Jackson Review, and the recently announced review of the "compensation culture" by Lord Young will undoubtedly have a far reaching impact for many years to come.

Meanwhile the rapid rise in personal injury claims, the high incidence of fraud, and continued turmoil in the credit hire area currently combine to make the effective management and resolution of motor claims more complex than ever.


Keoghs therefore intends to hold a motor conference later this year at which we will explore the strategic and tactical responses required in this turbulent environment. It will be held on Tuesday 5th October in central London.
