Keoghs has always sought to be a responsible employer – demonstrating concern and commitment for our workforce and the environment, and contributing positively to the communities in which we operate.
During 2007 we established a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and updated our CSR Policy, bringing together our commitments both internally to employees and externally to the community.
Our CSR programme encourages staff to become involved with community projects and help raise money, and Keoghs supports this by providing time off and fund matching.
Within Keoghs, Responsibility and Respect are fundamental to our Shared Behaviours. Our Shared Behaviours shape our policies, our cultures, values and beliefs. We apply these beliefs to how we impact upon the environment, how we work within and support our communities and how we conduct our business with our clients, our employees and our suppliers.
