Counter-Fraud Services is made up of various units that concentrate on specific areas of insurance fraud.  This allows us to build an extensive armoury of techniques and approaches to deal with the continually evolving tactics used by fraudsters and opportunists, as subtly different approaches are needed depending on the insurance matter involved.

Like most of the insurance industry, Keoghs' fraud foundations are built on motor fraud work.  But as the pressure on fraudsters in the motor insurance sector has increased, this has pushed them into other lines of business.  Keoghs has adapted by developing and building our specialist teams.   In more recent years we have developed an enviable reputation in highly specialised and growing areas of concern such as fraud rings, liability fraud and property fraud. 

A key differentiator for Keoghs has always been the strength of our fraud intelligence team.  The team provides in-depth investigation and analysis about the circumstances of a suspected fraudulent claim and the claimants involved which facilitates successful resolution.
