Working at Keoghs
At Keoghs we all contribute towards a positive, friendly and rewarding workplace which means we can enjoy what we do. But lots of other elements help make Keoghs a great place to work.
Involvement - We have developed strong channels of internal communication within the business. Information is cascaded throughout the firm via regular team meetings, a monthly newsletter, a staff bulletin, quarterly communications meetings and an interactive staff forum.
Reward and Recognition - We have a number of reward schemes in place to recognise individual and team effort and excellence with an emphasis on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and rewarding suggestions to bring about such improvements.
Social Aspects - Each office has an established social committee who organise a whole variety of events for staff. Staff are also encouraged to get involved in numerous fund raising activities throughout the year which are organised by the charity committees.
