Keoghs has been handling and defending general insurance claims since 1968.  We are the only ‘top 100’ law firm in the UK that works exclusively in this area and an acknowledged market leader.

We therefore have the experience, expertise and capacity necessary to ensure the efficient and cost effective resolution of the vast majority of general insurance claims, low value to catastrophic, from pre-litigation through to post litigation.  In every case our primary objective is the same – to minimise the indemnity spend of our clients in line with their own claims philosophy and customer service requirements.  

Our business is organised into three operating divisions which handle a range of general insurance business predominantly for insurers. However we also handle insurance claims on behalf of a number of commercial organisations across several key industry sectors.
