We have developed specialist in-house academy programmes for our Claims Management Services and Counter-Fraud Services divisions and provide regular specialist training to staff in our Technical Claims Services division.
In addition to technical training we have devised a Commercial Skills Framework of 12 business-critical ‘soft-skills’ – including Client Focus, Presentation Skills and Problem Solving & Decision Making. The training courses to support these competencies are equally useful to both fee earners and support staff.
Training is provided both by our own trainers and external providers – using a variety of methods including classroom training, e-learning, vodcasts, podcasts and RSS feeds.
