Biography

Ted moved to England in 1996, having practised in defence insurance litigation in Ireland for a number of years. He is a member of Keoghs’ complex fraud unit, handling technically complex and high-value claims for a number of fraud clients. He has a particular interest in technical issues relating to Data Protection, Duties of Confidentiality, Privilege, the Civil Procedure Rules, Freedom of Information and Human Rights and how they impact on the fight against fraud.

Ted delivers training both internally and to clients on these topics. He has primary responsibility for the development of Keoghs’ litigated motor fraud business and he also is the client account manager for a number of the firm’s clients.
