Biography

Suzanne qualified in 1993 and has experience of defending high value employers' liability, public liability, road traffic accident and disease claims for a variety of insurance companies. She specialises in advising individuals and companies who are being investigated and/or prosecuted by the HSE/other regulatory bodies and enforcement agencies. She also acts for clients who have been subject to allegations of corporate or individual manslaughter. Suzanne has extensive experience of attending police interviews and representing clients in the Coroners Court and Magistrates' Court.   She has also represented some very high profile clients and has taken a case to the House of Lords.
