Biography

Neena joined Keoghs in 1999, qualifying as a solicitor in 2002 and being appointed a Partner in 2010. She specialises in motor crime and regulatory prosecution work.  Neena is experienced in representing corporate and individual clients in relation to investigations conducted by the police, HSE and other regulatory bodies. She also acts for clients who have been subject to allegations of corporate or individual manslaughter.  Neena represents clients at PACE interviews in relation to all manner of road traffic offences, ranging from minor road traffic offences to causing death by dangerous driving.  In addition, she regularly represents clients at Coroners’ Court and has extensive experience of representing clients at the Magistrates' and Crown Court.
