Keoghs Recognised as an Investor in People - 27/09/2004
Keoghs Solicitors is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as an Investor in People (IIP). The assessor who came to visit said that Keoghs was one of the best first assessments he had ever done!
The IIP assessment, which took place early to mid August involved interviews with staff from all levels. Evidence and information was gathered by the IIP assessor through one to one and walk about interviews.
The report produced highlighted many significant achievements and stated that Keoghs “more than meets the Investor in People (IIP) Standard, and in fact it goes well beyond it…. It is clear beyond all doubt that the firm can be held up as a true IIP exemplar to the Country”. All of the indicators were met or exceeded.
Investors in People is the national Standard which sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. The Standard provides a national framework for improving business performance and competitiveness, through a planned approach to setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives. The result is - what people can and are motivated to do matches what the organisation needs them to do.
