Suzanne has 14 years industry experience defending high value, employers liability, public liability, road traffic accident and disease claims for a variety of insurance companies. She specialises in advising individuals, small and large companies who are being investigated and/or prosecuted by the HSE and other regulatory bodies/enforcement agencies.
She also acts for clients who have been subject to allegations of corporate or individual manslaughter. Suzanne has experience of attending police interviews and representing clients in HM Coroners Court and the Magistrates Court.
