Pamela is Technical Director of Counter-Fraud Services, which is an operationally focused role.  Her main priorities are to ensure the provision of a high level of quality of work, in conjunction with focusing on the personal development of individuals. 

She has played a key role in the successful growth and expansion of the fraud department, and she is experienced in dealing with all types of fraud.  Her role also involves lending assistance to Insurers in the development of their own tailored anti-fraud detection processes.  She also liaises with a large number of service providers specialising in fraud to promote “best practice” and set the high standards required in the provision of such fraud services to Keoghs’ clients.
