Matthew joined Keoghs in 1996, becoming a partner in 2001. He specialises in product liability, goods in transit, motor recoveries and property claims. 

Matthew has a particular interest in subsidence; he is a member of the Subsidence Forum and sits on the Innovations subgroup.  Matthew acts for a number of insurers in defending claims and where they are seeking to recover their outlay.  He was responsible for developing the RecoveryAssist product.

Matthew chairs Keoghs' Technical Policy Group.  He is also an experienced public speaker, lecturing both in house and to clients on a variety of topics.
