Mark joined Keoghs in 1988 on qualification as a solicitor. He is a member of the Regulatory team.
His caseload is focused on regulatory work representing clients facing potential and actual prosecution proceedings in respect of manslaughter, and health and safety offences. Mark has represented individuals and companies in respect of investigations and prosecutions brought by the HSE and other regulatory bodies. He has acted for clients who have been the subject of allegations of corporate manslaughter.
He is an experienced advocate and regularly represents clients in the Coroners Court and Magistrates Court. Mark is also an ADR accredited mediator.
