John is the Chief Executive Officer.
For 15 years enjoyed a fee earning role for insurance companies. At various times during his legal career he specialised in:
- high value personal injury work
- disease work
- commercial work, in particular liability work.
In October 2005 after undertaking a Diploma in Management at Warwick Business School, and having worked closely with the firm's previous non lawyer CEO, John moved into a management role full-time. He leads a Senior Management Team comprising of professional managers and lawyers who have moved into management roles who are responsible for the day to day running of the business.
