James assisted in establishing the firm’s Specialist Claims Unit in 1998, and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the Unit.
He works with a wide range of Insurers assisting them to determine and implement strategies and works processes. James has a wealth of experience in defending all principal types of fraudulent claims on behalf of Insurers – predominantly in relation to motor, household and commercial and protection policy claims.
James also has extensive experience in the co-ordination of major fraud ring investigations. He is the Secretary of the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group (IFIG).
