Gary is head of Keoghs' Disease Liability Team. He has dealt with an employers and public liability case load throughout his legal career. He has experience of handling a wide variety of workplace related and public liability claims from slipping and tripping incidents through to construction site and chronic pain cases.
He has particular expertise in industrial disease claims, including HAVS, all asbestos related diseases, deafness and WRULD.
Gary regularly conducts disease-related training sessions and is a member of the Disease Special Interest Group within the Forum of Insurance Lawyers.
