Department: Motor Crime and Regulatory
David is head of the Motor Crime and Regulatory team, after having specialised earlier in his career in employers' and public liability cases and disease litigation.
He is responsible for managing the team's service levels and development. David also plays a key role in advising and representing clients across the entire spectrum of Regulatory offenses, at every stage of investigation and prosecution, whether by the Police, HSE, Trading Standards, Local Authorities or other regulatory enforcement bodies.
David is an experienced advocate and regularly represents clients in HM Coroners Court and in the Magistrates court.
