David is Head of the Litigation Department and has over 25 years experience of defending personal injury claims on behalf of insurers. He has a particular expertise in Catastrophic claims involving brain injury, spinal injuries and multiple amputations.
David has been recognised in the Defendant Personal Injury section of the Legal Experts Directory since 2004.
David has been involved in a number of leading decisions including Wilkinson v Ancliff Ltd (CA 1986) and Khan v Armaguard (CA 1994).
