Professional Development

We have a strong development ethos at Keoghs and take pride in seeing our staff achieve their full potential. 

We have a structured approach to developing all our people through real-life job challenges and our Team Leaders and Technical Supervisors will share their experience with you, allowing you a thought provoking yet safe environment in which to learn.

We offer a different approach to career development for talented legal professionals (Paralegals, Litigation and Legal Executives and Solicitors) who want to excel in a particular aspect of expertise.  Some of our Partners are designated Client Relationship Managers, others have joined our Sales Development Team and others take a role in Technical Pioneering.

And it’s not just our legal professionals who have opportunities to develop.  Professional Support Staff are eligible to be developed as Associates of the practice; recognising their valued contribution to business objectives.

We offer regular in-house seminars for colleagues to keep up with legal developments and offer skills programmes to help our individuals to achieve their full potential.  Attendance on our Team Leader programme which is delivered in conjunction with Warwick Business School is offered to all colleagues who achieve Team Leader status and our award winning ‘Litigation Executive Programme’ is offered to non-legal colleagues who are taking their first steps in developing a legal career.
