Insurance Times Law firm of the Year - 21/12/2004

Staff at local law firm Keoghs are celebrating receiving the accolade of Insurance Law Firm of the Year for 2004.

This award was presented by the Insurance Times, the leading trade publication to the insurance industry.

It is awarded to a firm that demonstrates solid achievement in advising the insurance industry. The winning firm must display exceptional market knowledge and have high profile success in insurance. It was decided by a judging panel made up of a variety of industry experts, and the judging process was very rigorous.

Keoghs received this award in recognition of its commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction to its clients and staff.

Over the last 12 months, the firm has completely restructured its business and streamlined its systems and processes. As a result, insurance claims are now settled more promptly and efficiently than ever before. Communication, training and development of staff has become central to the firm’s aims and objectives. Innovation is also top of the agenda, and significant resource is put into the research and development of new products for the insurance industry.

The results speak for themselves. Though the general volume of litigation is decreasing, Keoghs is bucking the trend and its caseload is actually increasing steadily. Levels of staff and client satisfaction are at an all time high.
