Goals

We have well defined business goals which set out where we want our business to be. Our goals cover

• Sales;
• Finance;
• Quality;
• IT;
• People and Community.

Clear objectives and key performance indicators are set for each of these key areas.  These goals have been explained to every member of staff, and progress is regularly communicated. 

This way, all staff understand what we are seeking to achieve and how well we are progressing towards our targets.  They are also able to relate their own personal and team objectives to those of the business as a whole.
