Equality Diversity and Workplace Respect - 08/12/2005

Half day Workshop Programme:

Discrimination claims are among the highest value claims that come out of tribunals today. Diversity is still very new on the agenda and although organisations increasingly recognise it, few are doing anything about it. Workplace respect is a topic relevant to the prevention of hostile workplaces. Workplace respect is highly relevant to diversity training.

This workshop provides a good working knowledge of discrimination legislation, diversity best practice and the implications of managing people at work.

It will be presented by members of the employment team at Keoghs.

All Directors and Managers who supervise employees would find this workshop useful.

Your attendance will be well rewarded as being fully aware of issues surrounding equality, diversity and workplace respect will help avoid future problems of poor performance, absenteeism, low morale, ineffective management and supervision, disciplinary problems and possible unfair dismissal complaints.
