Keoghs’ Claims Management Services (CMS) division offers a highly systemised service to handle large volumes of motor, liability and property claims, both pre- and post-litigation. Our own MI and that provided by our clients indicates that we have one of the most efficient models in the marketplace for dealing with this type of work.

Our specialist pre-litigation teams deal with a wide variety of lower value claims post-first notice of loss, including motor, liability and property. We offer highly scalable, permanent and temporary solutions aimed at helping insurers reduce the pressures on their internal claims teams, improve customer service and contain costs. Our philosophy is to settle on best possible terms for our clients whilst containing litigation rates in low single figures.

We work in accordance with individually agreed guidelines and service levels and offer high quality case handling aimed at reducing the total cost of litigation.

Very few of the claims handled by these teams proceed to trial and we only use counsel when absolutely necessary.
