Company Structure
We have replaced our traditional partnership-style management structure with a corporate structure designed to carry the business forward over the coming years. We believe in clear, simple management structures and operating systems rather than the complex partnership arrangements favoured by most law firms.
The Senior Management Team is responsible for the overall running and management of the business. It is led by John Whittle who has been a partner with Keoghs since 1992. John is supported by a team of professional directors and managers specialising in Finance, Human Resources, IT and Information and Operations.
Our Insurance Litigation practice is made up of four business units - the Delegated Authority Unit, the Non-Delegated Authority Unit, Counter-Fraud Services and the Costs Unit.
Each business unit contains teams that are dedicated to specific clients, according to their individual requirements. These teams are led by a Team Leader who reports directly to the Business Unit Director (BUD).
